Shipping

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service, First Class for domestic orders, and International Airmail for international orders. See the table below for shipping rates.

Upon completion of the checkout process, orders may be shipping anywhere from 1 to 4 days later, depending on product availability. You will be notified via email if your order cannot be shipped within 4 days.

*Due to the many variables involved in calculating accurate shipping costs to international destinations, CycleAware reserves the right to hold international orders for confirmation of shipping costs and may contact you with updated shipping fees for final authorization.

If, at any time or for any reason, you do not feel that your purchase has worn well or lived up to your expectations, please let us know. We will make sure you are satisfied.

Please contact us for return authorization before mailing back your return. Unauthorized returns may take much longer to process.
